Leadership courses for professors

The action plan, which was approved by swissuniversities («Aktionspläne zur Postdoc-Phase»), supports supervisors of postdoctoral (and doctoral) researchers at the University of Zurich. In cooperation with the UZH Leadership and Governance Academy, we are offering a new course, in addition to our existing course, "Professionals in supervision", which aims to strengthen the feedback culture at UZH. The course will initially be offered in German; an English-language version is in planning for the Spring Semester 2026.
