Call – Una Europa PhD Summer School: Sustainable Food Systems

The University of Helsinki is organizing a Una Europa PhD Summer School on sustainable food systems with a specific focus on protein transition. The Summer Schools uses a systematic and transdisciplinary approach including challenge-based learning, participatory laboratories, case studies analysis and a field trip. There will be preparatory online meetings at the beginning of May.
