Then join the GRC Postdoc Community with a special focus on entrepreneurship, organized in cooperation with the Innovation Hub.
Together with other postdocs, you will:
- learn to shape your ideas using ideation methods such as design thinking,
- train your elevator pitch skills to help you get the core of your idea across to stakeholders,
- learn to develop the key components of your potential business model.
Furthermore, you’ll have a chance to
- learn from UZH spinoffs that successfully went on the path to founding their startup
- hear about collaboration and funding potential for transferring insights between researchers and industry partners in the Innosuisse framework
- familiarize yourself with funding and support opportunities that the UZH Innovation Hub and others offer.
Exchange with like-minded colleagues from throughout UZH and discuss experiences and ideas on taking the next steps after a postdoc – and perhaps – to a startup.
*The Postdoc Community is only for researchers at UZH currently in a postdoc position and is limited to 20 participants.
